I had the absolute pleasure of working with Matt Theisen at Jim White Toyota while searching for my next car. Matt was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and patient while I spent the necessary time learning about different cars and their respective features. For someone who knew little about cars going into it, I felt he explained everything extremely well and gave me honest opinions. After finally choosing a car I knew I would love, I took it home for a test-drive and encountered a problem with the bluetooth sound system causing an echo on the other end of the line during phone calls. I was a little upset at the thought that my new and perfect car would have a slight glitch. Matt went out of his way and spent several hours researching the problem and, as it turned out, it had to do with my cell phone and not the car! (Darn IPhones...) The problem was resolved (without changing my phone) and my car is perfect! It says a lot about customer service when one goes out of his way to help and for that I am extremely grateful. I look forward to working with Matt again in the future and HIGHLY recommend working with him to anyone interested!
